The gardens encompassing some 10 hectares of the Ragley Hall Estate and surround the magnificent Palladian Hall. Prior to 1873 very little is know about the gardens. Created to show of the New World plants the vast and enchanting gardens we see today is a sight not to be missed.
Learn about the interesting past of these Estates, as well as what really happens on these Estates today and what lies ahead for the future. General or specific tours of certain parts of the Estates can be arranged, lasting 2-3 hrs.
It was in the late 19th Century when the wife of Lord Crawshaw implemented much of the landscaping of the garden. Extending over 15 acres it offers the visitor a feast of fauna and flora to enjoy.
The beautiful Castle Kennedy Gardens extends to some 50 hectares and includes lovely grassed garden walks, a walled garden and an abundance of flora for all to enjoy.
The Gardens at Stonor cover a large area of the Parkland and creates a stunning home for a variety of plants and animals, include rare birds such as Red Kites.
The water meadow at Kilnsey Park is full of Orchids, Narrow-leaved Marsh, Twayblade, and many other equatic plants. The meadow has been designated as a nationally important site of special interest due to the plants that flourish there and the array of insects and pond life that thrive there.
Created and cared for by the same family for over 250 years, the gardens at Arley Hall have the unusual blend of a long history, traditional garden designs and more contemporary additions.
